Mork video short URL

Mork is a growing link platform and a solid choice for sharing short videos online. Upload a clip, get a short URL, and keep control over who can watch it.

  • 📹 Upload and share videos Event footage, creative work or promotional clips — upload them and share the short link.
  • 🔒 Multiple security safeguards Limit how many times a video can be watched, or require a password, so only authorised viewers reach it.
  • 📊 Audience statistics See which countries, browsers and devices your viewers come from, and understand your audience better.
  • 🛡 All-round defence Multiple layers block unauthorised access to your videos.
  • 💡 Expiry control Give the link a lifetime so the video is only available while you need it to be.

Mork makes a video shareable as a short link, with timed playback, view limits and password protection — so your clip reaches the audience you chose and no one else.

Editing in the browser, and what that changes

A clip can be trimmed, cropped, filtered and annotated without installing anything, and comes out as MP4. The editor is about 1.4 MB to download, saving re-encodes the whole clip so a long video can take several minutes, and it needs a browser with WebCodecs support — where that is missing, the Edit button does not appear.

Re-encoding through the editor also removes location and equipment information along the way. A video uploaded directly is not stripped, so if the recording location matters and you do not intend to edit, clear the metadata with another tool first or turn off location tagging when you record.

When people reach for a video link

  • A private clip, without YouTube. No channel, no listing, no recommendations pointing at it afterwards — just an address you give to the people you meant.
  • Footage from an event. Up to 500 MB per file and two files per upload once signed in, so a recording usually goes as it is rather than being cut down to fit.
  • Showing work to one person. Trim to the part that matters, add a password and a deadline, and the link closes itself when the review is over.

Can a video link expire after a set number of views?

Yes. Give the link a view limit of up to 1,000, a deadline anywhere from one minute to 30 days, or both. Views are counted per person, so a viewer who replays the clip does not use up the allowance. Signed in, you can also choose no deadline at all and keep the link for good.
