Mork audio short URL
Mork hosts audio without an account: a voice message, an interview, a demo track or a recorded lecture. Upload it, get a short link, and decide who can listen and for how long. Unlike images and video there is no in-browser editor for audio — what you upload is what plays.
- 🎙️ Record and share audio Voice messages, professional recordings or any other audio — upload them and share the short link.
- 🔒 Multiple security safeguards Limit how many times a recording can be played, or require a password, so only authorised listeners reach it.
- 📊 Audience statistics See how many people actually listened, where they came from and on what device — useful for checking whether a recording reached the group you sent it to.
- 🛡 All-round defence A recording that leaks cannot be taken back, so the link itself is the control: layered checks keep it from being opened by anyone you did not intend.
- 💡 Expiry control Give the link a lifetime so the recording is only available while you need it to be.
Mork turns a recording into a short link, with timed listening, play limits and password protection — so your audio reaches exactly the listeners you meant it for.
Before you upload a recording
Audio uploaded directly is not stripped of metadata, which for some formats can include the recording device, the software used and a timestamp. If that matters, clear it with another tool before uploading. Up to 50 MB per file, two recordings per upload without an account and three once signed in.
A recording behaves like any other Mork link: give it a password, a deadline anywhere from one minute to 30 days, or a play limit of up to 1,000 — counted per person, so the same listener replaying it does not use up the allowance.
When people reach for an audio link
- Sharing a recording. An interview, a meeting, a voice message — it plays in the browser, so nobody has to download anything or install a player.
- A demo track for specific ears. Put a password on it and only the people you gave it to can listen.
- A lecture or a class. Give it a deadline so it is available for the term and closes itself afterwards.
Can I share a recording without anyone being able to download it?
The link plays in the browser and is served through a short-lived signed URL, so the address stops working on its own and cannot be passed around as a permanent file link. Add a password, a deadline or a play limit and only the listeners you meant can reach it. Nothing here needs an account.
